On December 15, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1269/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Stock code: CII) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 26, 2016

-        Record date: December 27, 2016

-        Purpose: to pay the 2^nd cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 6,5%/ par value (VND 650/ share).

-        Payment date: January 20, 2017

-        Place of payment:
