On December 15, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1263/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (Stock code: SAB) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 26, 2016

-        Record date: December 27, 2016

-        Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND 3,000/ share).

-        Payment date: January 10, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+      Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FPT Securities Joint Stock Company or Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation as from January 10, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
