SMC: The record date for cash dividend payment 2016

On December 15, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1266/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (Stock code: SMC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 27, 2016

-        Record date: December 28, 2016

-        Purpose: to pay the 2^nd cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND 500/ share).

-        Payment date: January 12, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+     Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (No. 396 Ung Van Khiem Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCM City) as from January 12, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
