TIC: The record date for the first cash dividend payment 2016

On December 19, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1279/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company (Stock code: TIC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 29, 2016

-        Record date: December 30, 2016

-        Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 13%/ par value (VND 1,300/ share).

-        Payment date: January 16, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company – No. 114 Truong Chinh Street, Phu Dong Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province as from January 16, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
