On December 15, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1264/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 (Stock code: DRL) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 30, 2016

-        Record date: January 03, 2017

-        Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND 2,000/ share).

-        Payment date: January 19, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+     Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 (Nha Den Village, Ea Po Commune, Cu Jut District, Dak Nong Province) as from January 19, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
