BFC: The record date for stock issuance from the owner’s equity On August 23, 2016, Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has announced the record date for stock issuance from the owner’s equity as follows:
- Record date: September 09, 2016
1) Reason and Purpose: To pay bonus shares due to capital increase from the owner’s equity.
2) Contents:
- Exercise ratio: 5:1 (The shareholders who own 05 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 513 shares at the record date, he will receive 102 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.6 share) will be cancelled.
- Place of payment:
