DCL: DCL contributes capital to set up Benovas MeDevices According to the resolution dated August 22, 2016, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) approved the following contents:
1) To contribute capital as a founding shareholder to establish Benovas Medical Devices Joint Stock Company (Benovas MeDevices), with the charter capital of VND50,000,000,000, at 150 Road 14/9, ward 5, Vinh Long city, Vinh Long province. DCL contributes 99% charter capital of Benovas MeDevices, equivalent to VND49,500,000,000.
2) To close a factory: VIKIMCO of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, at: 150 Road 14/9, ward 5, Vinh Long city, Vinh Long province.
3) Time of implementation: in Quarter 3.2016 HOSE
