According to Board Resolution No.12 dated August 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) approved the issuance of corporate bonds (Phase 3.2016) as follows:

-          Issuer: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC)

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Offering volume: 300,000 bonds

-          Total offering value: VND300 billion

-          Offering price: 100% par value
