10) Interest rate: For the first interest period: 9.8%/year. For next periods: equal to the average interest rate of personal savings in VND, term of 12 months, quoted at BIDV, Vietinbank, Vietcombank and Agribank on the Interest Rate Determination Date, plus 3.15%/year.
