According to Board Resolution No.30 dated August 24, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation (DXG) approved a private placement of bonds as follows:

-          Issuer: Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation

-          Securities type: non-convertible, secured bond

-          Total issue value (based on par value): VND350,000,000,000

-          Bond term: 36 months

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Issue volume: 350 bonds

-          Issue price: 100% par value
