BID: Result of issuance of BIDV’s bonds

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the result of issuance of bonds as follows:

Phase 1.2016

-          Bond: BIDBOND16.26.01

-          Issuer: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

-          Issue date: August 17, 2016

-          Bond term: 10 years

-          Par value: VND1 billion/bond

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Bond form: book-entry

-          Issue volume: VND1,350 billion

-          Interest rate: 7.5%/year for the first five years. If after five years the bonds are not bought back by the issuer, the interest rate of 8%/year will be applied for the remaining years of bonds.

Phase 2.2016

-          Bond: BIDBOND16.26.02

-          Issuer: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

-          Issue date: August 19, 2016

-          Bond term: 10 years

-          Par value: VND1 billion/bond

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Bond form: book-entry

-          Issue volume: VND1,350 billion

-          Interest rate: 7.5%/year for the first five years. If after five years the bonds are not bought back by the issuer, the interest rate of 8%/year will be applied for the remaining years of bonds.
