DCL: DCL contributes capital to set up Benovas Pharma According to the resolution dated August 22, 2016, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) approved the following contents:
1) To contribute capital as a founding shareholder to establish Benovas Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Benovas Pharma), with the charter capital of VND30,000,000,000, at 276 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, ward 6, district 3, Hochiminh city. DCL contributes 95% charter capital of Benovas Pharma, equivalent to VND28,500,000,000.
2) To appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, CEO of DCL, as DCL’s representative and CEO of Benovas Pharma.
3) Time of implementation: in Quarter 3.2016 HOSE
