BCG: Board Resolution on capital contribution in Tracodi Services JSC

Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.35 dated October 18, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Approves the capital contribution to invest in Tracodi Services JSC

-          Name of company: TRACODI SERVICES JOINT STOCK COMPANY

-          Address: Floor 14^th – 80B, Vincom Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000

-          Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company contributed VND28,000,000,000 (equivalence about 2,800,000 shares) in Tracodi Services JSC. Therefore, Tracodi Services JSC will make up 28%/amount of charter capital.

Articles 2: Mr. Nguyen The Tai is the representative of capital contribution of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in Tracodi Services JSC.

Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 18, 2016.
