KSH: Resolution on capital contribution to set up a Sapa Investment JSC

KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.14 dated October 18, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Approved KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company contributed VND70,000,000,000 to set up a Sapa Investment JSC.

Articles 2: Approved Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang is the representative of capital contribution of KSH Investment and Development JSC in Sapa Investment JSC.

Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 18, 2016.
