KSH: Resolution on capital contribution in Laocai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer JSC

KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.15 dated October 18, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Approved capital contribution to invest in Laocai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer JSC

-          KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company contributed VND50,000,000,000 in Laocai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company. Therefore, the owning ratio of Laocai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer JSC was 33,33% & raised capital from 57 billion dongs up to 150 billion dongs.

Articles 2: Approved Mr. Pham Tien Dat is the representative of capital contribution of KSH Investment and Development JSC in Laocai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer JSC.

Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 18, 2016.
