Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has announced the change of charter capital as follows:

Articles 1: Board approved increase charter capital registration:

-          Charter capital before registered: VND476,400,000,000

-          Charter capital after registered: VND571,679,930,000

-          Method of increasing charter capital: Stock issuance from the owner’s surplus.

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total number of share issued: 9,527,993 shares

-          Total value of share issued: VND95,279,930,000

-          End date issue: September 30, 2016

Articles 2: Board approved to amend charter capital

-          Current charter capital: VND571,679,930,000

Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 21, 2016.
