11. Exercise ratio: 20% (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
12. Financial resource: Undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2015 according to the 2015 audited consolidated financial statements
13. Record date: November 09, 2016
14. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares of issue will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
