KSH: Resolution on capital contribution in Tam Nguyen Investment Ltd. Com

KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.13 dated October 18, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Approved the capital contribution to invest in Tam Nguyen Investment Ltd. Com

-          KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company contributed VND24,561,750,000 in Tam Nguyen Investment Ltd. Com. Therefore, the owning ratio of Tam Nguyen Investment Ltd. Com was 71,07%.

Articles 2: Approved Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang is the representative of capital contribution of KSH Investment and Development JSC in Tam Nguyen Investment Ltd. Com.

Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 18, 2016.
