On March 04, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.232/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of BiBICA Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: March 16, 2016

-          Record date: March 17, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share).

-          Payment date: March 31, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BiBICA Corporation (Address: 443 Ly Thuong Kiet, ward 8, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh) as from March 31, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
