The Board of Directors of Vinh Hoan Corporation approved the second dividend payment of 2015 as follows:

-          Payment date: as from April 11, 2016

-          Payment ratio: 5% par value (VND500 for a share)

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Financial resource: the undistributed profit of Vinh Hoan Corporation.
