TYA: Resolution on stock dividend payment

Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 29, 2016:

The BOD approved to pay for the 2015 dividend:

-          Profit after tax in 2015: VND62,499,389,051

-          EPS: VND2,241

-          Undistributed profit until December 31, 2015: VND79,843,103,753

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (05 new shares for every 100 old shares)
