The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  04:00pm, April 20, 2016

-          Payment date: May 20, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation.
