-          Payment ratio: 11%/par value (VND1.100 for a share)

-          Payment time:  May 12, 2016

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Hoi An Tourist Holding Company (on the day of the week), from  May 12, 2016 and please submit ID card.
