HPG: HPG delays dividend payment

On April 19, 2016, the Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company decided to delay the payment date of 2015 dividends to Quarter III.2016.

The Board also approved the establishment of subsidiary with the charter capital of VND1,000 billion, located on E1 Road, Area E, Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Lac Dao commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
