-        Payment ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

-        Payment date: May 16, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares                 have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company – VFC (Address: 29 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe, District 1, Hochiminh) from  May 16, 2016 and please submit ID card.
