NT2: The record date for cash and stock dividend payment On April 11, 2016, HOSE issued Announcement No.454/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Petrovietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company (NT2) as follows:
1) Ex-right date: April 20, 2016
2) Record date: April 21, 2016
3) Purpose: to pay cash and stock dividend.
4) Detailed information:
a) To pay stock dividend
- Estimated issue volume: 10,956,793 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:4
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 456 shares at the record date, he will receive 18 new shares. The fractional part (0.24 share) will be cancelled.
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
