HSG: The record date for cash dividend payment

On March 11, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.294/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Hoa Sen Group as follows:

-          Ex-right date: April 14, 2016

-          Record date: April 15, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for fiscal year 2014 - 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share).

-          Payment date: April 28, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoa Sen Group (Address: 183 Nguyen Van Troi, ward 10, Phu Nhuan district, Hochiminh city) as from April 28, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
