GDT: Resolution on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved to pay 10% in cash for the third dividend installment for 2015. The Board decided to choose a record date for dividend payment and annual general meeting. The dividend payment will be implemented in March 2016, and the annual general meeting will be organized in April 2016.
