VNL: Resolution on AGM 2016 & 2nd Dividend Payment for 2015

On March 04, 2016, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the following contents:

1)    Meeting date of Annual General Meeting 2016 (AGM 2016): 8:30 – 11:30, April 22, 2016

2)    The second dividend payment for 2015: 8%/share (VND800 for a share). Payment date: April 15, 2016

3)    Record date for AGM & dividend payment: March 21, 2016.
