On August 20, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.369/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Century 21 Joint Stock Company (C21):

-          Number of shares delisted         : 19,336,371 shares

-          Total value                                : VND193,363,710,000

-          Effective delisting date  : September 18, 2015

-          Reason: to implement Decision of the 2015 Annual General Meeting No.01/2015/NQ-DHDCD dated April 11, 2015 by Century 21 Joint Stock Company regarding the voluntary delisting.
