On August 20, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.366/QD-SGDHCM to allow Van Phat Hung Corporation (securities code: VPH) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 30,208,684 shares

-         Additional volume: 15,103,991 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND151,039,910,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 45,312,675 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND453,126,750,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 24, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
