ASM: Decision on the change of listing

On August 19, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.358/QD-SGDHCM to allow Sao Mai Group Corporation (securities code: ASM) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 107,287,740 shares

-         Additional volume: 5,364,387 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND53,643,870,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 112,652,127 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,126,521,270,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 21, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends for 2014.
