HAI: Decision on the change of listing

On August 17, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.354/QD-SGDHCM to allow HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company (securities code: HAI) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 101,999,955 shares

-         Additional volume: 15,299,359 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND152,993,590,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 117,299,314 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,172,993,140,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 19, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
