PVD: Decision on the change of listing

On August 14, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.352/QD-SGDHCM to allow Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (securities code: PVD) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 303,073,350 shares

-         Additional volume: 45,392,909 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND453,929,090,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 348,466,259 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND3,484,662,590,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 18, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
