OPC: Decision on the change of listing

On August 17, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.355/QD-SGDHCM to allow OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (securities code: OPC) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 19,285,102 shares

-         Additional volume: 964,255 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND9,642,550,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 20,249,357 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND202,493,570,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 19, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
