KSH: Decision on the change of listing

On August 14, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.353/QD-SGDHCM to allow KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (securities code: KSH) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 27,270,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 783,500 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND7,835,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 28,053,500 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND280,535,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 18, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to employees in the employee stock ownership plan.
