PET: Decision on the change of listing

On August 20, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.364/QD-SGDHCM to allow Petrovietnam General Services Corporation (securities code: PET) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 83,110,124 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,490,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND14,900,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 84,600,124 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND846,001,240,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 24, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
