VFG: Decision on the change of listing On August 20, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.367/QD-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Fumigation Company (securities code: VFG) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 13,282,753 shares
- Additional volume: 4,402,683 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND44,026,830,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 17,685,436 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND176,854,360,000
- Effective date of the listing license: August 24, 2015
