CTG: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 10, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: June 25, 2015

-           Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-           Payment date:  July 17, 2015   

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from June 10, 2015.
