SSC: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2014

On June 08, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.625/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Southern Seed Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 24, 2015

-          Record date: June 26, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share).

-          Payment date: July 24, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Southern Seed Corporation as from July 24, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
