Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors regarding cash dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

-          Payment method: in cash or transfer

-          Record date: July 31, 2015

-          Payment date: August 14, 2015

-          Financial resource for payment: the profit after tax in 2014.
