On June 08, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.624/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company (stock code: EVE) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 17, 2015

-          Record date: June 19, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividend payment for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: July 01, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company.
