-         Dividend pay-out ratio:           12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-         Payment date:                        July 15, 2015      

-         Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BIBICA Corporation, 443 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 8, Tan Binh District, HCM City  from  July 15, 2015.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
