CNG: The record date for final cash dividend for 2014

On June 12, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.647/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 22, 2015

-          Record date: June 24, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the final cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share).

-          Payment date: July 03, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated.
