VTO: The record date for second cash dividend for 2014

On June 15, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.650/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 24, 2015

-          Record date: June 26, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 1%/ par value (VND100/ share).

-          Payment date: July 16, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company (8th Floor, 141 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh, district 1, HCM) as from July 16, 2015.
