CTG: The record date for cash dividend for 2014

On June 15, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.651/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 23, 2015

-          Record date: June 25, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: July 17, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (306 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi) as from July 17, 2015.
