On May 12, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.160/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 1,454,555,098 shares

-         Additional volume: 3,268,974 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND32,689,740,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 1,457,824,072 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND14,578,240,720,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 14, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: issued shares to the existing shareholders to the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
