On May 20, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.175/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (stock code: QCG) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Additional volume: 2,927,167 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND29,271,670,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 275,129,310 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,751,293,100,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 22, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: Issue of shares to swap for merger of Saigon Green Development Investment Land Joint Stock Company in Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company.
