SSI: Decision on additional listing

On May 22, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.185/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (stock code: SSI) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 356,111,742 shares

-         Additional volume: 71,221,057 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND712,210,570,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 427,332,799 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND4,273,327,990,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 27, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: issued shares to increase capital from the owner's equity with ratio 5:1.
