CTG: Decision on additional listing

On May 15, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.171/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (stock code: CTG) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 1,323,199,600 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,400,204,956 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND24,002,049,560,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 3,723,404,556 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND37,234,045,560,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 19, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: The shares of the State’s shares in VietinBank unlisted and trading on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
